Let's Get Physical...Physical

Finish the Sentence Friday! How I wish I could consistently participate! Anyway, here I am for this week's topic:

My favorite way to exercise is...

Carol, Kris and Me
Horsetooth Falls in Fort Collins
Kris trying to find her old stomping grounds
in Fort Collins from Arthur's Rock
Molly and me at Needle Rock
Cassie, Carol, Kris and me in Boulder

Have you figured out what it is yet? Hiking. I very much enjoy going for a hike with friends and with my sister. I often find out VERY quickly how out of shape I really am, but enjoy every second of it. I even like when my feet come out looking like this...

Hiking in Chacos after hiking Arthur's Rock near Fort Collins

All is worth it when you get to look at a view like this...

Need Rock, Crawford, Colorado
Looking out over the North Fork Valley

What is your favorite way to exercise?

I played along this week with the folks over at Finding Ninee, check out the others and their favorite way to build blood vessels and lung capacity!

  1. my sister likes to hike, saying the views are the best...If you enjoy it then it's all worth it, Happy Friday.

  2. I also like to hike, although I don't always get to see such lovely views. Have fun hiking this summer; you should have lots of fun times with your family and friends!

  3. I love hiking! And I see you're in Colorado - so jealous. I grew up in south Denver. When I was a kid, we'd go on these awesome camping trips for weeks at a time and hiked all over the place. Now, I'm in the DC area and don't do it as often. During the first week I lived here, I took my dog for a little hike in the woods. He came home with eight ticks and me five (ICK ICK ICK ICK). Here's to hiking and here's to Colorado! Thanks so much for linking up with us this week!

  4. I love the pictures and OH MY your feet! :) I also really love to hike, we have been fans of geocaching for years.
I am so glad you were able to participate in this week's FTSF!

  5. Oh my but this makes me want to get back to hiking! Yes those views! The mountains are but a mere 20 minutes from my house and I don't get up them nearly enough. Thanks for the nudge.
